How can I Schedule an Appointment?

What do I need to provide for a mobile session?
At least 6x9 sq. ft. of clean, quiet space with access to an electrical outlet. I bring all necessary equipment, including the table, linens, and oil.
What type of massage is best for my needs?
This depends on your goals-relaxation, pain relief, or injury recovery. I will discuss your concerns and recommend the most appropriate technique for you.
How long should my session be?
A 60-minute session is ideal for general relaxation or focused work. Longer sessions allow for more comprehensive treatment.
Is mobile massage as effective as in-office sessions?
Absolutely. You receive the same professional care and techniques, with the added benefit of relaxing in your own environment.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first session includes a brief consultation to review your health history, goals, and any areas of concern to ensure a safe, customized experience.
Do I need to undress completely?
Undressing to your comfort level is standard.
You will always be properly draped, with only the area being worked exposed.
Will the massage be painful?
Massage should not be painful. Some techniques may involve deeper pressure, but it should always remain within your comfort level.
